Artist's Note
This theme is a theme for everyone, to make your screen look like the screen shot you just need to set your start bar to auto hide. This theme works on 1440X900 and 1024X768.
However if you are handy with photoshop you can edit the psd files in the directory. you must keep this bar on the right side of the screen because it uses the wallpapers image to produce the blur effect, so you must also use the wallpaper for the full effect.
Licensing: the artist has specified that mods are allowed.
