Desktopography is an exhibition of nature themed desktop wallpapers created by designers worldwide. Designers spend around 90% of their waking life in front of a computer so the most appealing genre for a wallpaper would be one that has beautiful design mixed with the all important aspect of being outdoors.
very nice pack, site looks great too. One thing though, i don't see the point in having them all zipped when you click download. For the ones that have more resolutions in them yah but for the single files just don't make sence. Nothing bad just makes everything more easier for the people using the site.
As aeiko mentioned, desktopography is now hosted on Customize.org's servers. This should help ensure that the exhibit is speedy for everyone to enjoy, particularly during their traffic peaks. Expect to see us working together even more as both sites grow!
I'm having severe trouble downloading the files off the flash website, i basically get the message "The server at files.customize.org is taking too long to respond." everytime i click on "download". Which means i have to reload the website, let the flash intro do it's bit, and try again.
Could you either put a non-flash website gallery up or provide a zip of all the wallpapers please?
