The graphic is as good as it can get within the limitation of a bootskin image. There are a few things I'll suggest to you though and they are 1. stay away from using Microsoft logos or phrases in your subs.. 2. Use colors that mesh well together and 3. before submitting get a good amount of user feedback by linking the image from your site to a thread in the forum. This way you will be able to find what can be changed if anything. Dont give up man just keep at it.

As I said before, please, please, and please get rid of the MS stuff from the skin. Your graphics ability - this stuff, the tiger before and such - is very good. You can make some nice bootskins given the graphics limitations. However, all the MS text really detracts from it.

i kinda agree with hash. also, the microsoft stuff really does cheapen it.

I would not use those colors agian. Bright colors tend to make things look gawdy unless used correctly in high res.

Ok, I tried it myself and must say: damn, that's hard with 4 bit. That's why you shouldn't use yellow and teal ;) and I don't think anybody wants to custo the bootscreen for having it say Microsoft again.
