I agree it looks interesting, but just looks like more useless eye candy. Can't see it being gentle on resources either. I'll pass.

If you don't have enough resources to run bumptop, your OS is stretching the resources of your computer in the first place. Bumptop is pretty neat, but using it, I'm realizing its limitations, and how little I actually see my desktop anyway.
