If you like smooth, these cursors are made from the smoothest substance known to man. Sort of. But they do use alpha blending to blast away the rough edges.
Licensing: the artist has specified that ports and mods are allowed.

I have experience making cursors, and I know the most annoying thing is getting a high-quality image into a 32x32px frame. That's why I love Linux cursors.
These...are good. I should port them to Linux so I can use them...
