i ported my columns_ui config to panels, and added a couple of things, but it's still fairly simple.

my goal was to keep the basic look of a standard window, so it uses the titlebar and system colors (the colors for the spectrum visualizers has to be changed manually, according to the VS colors).

it started out as just a personal piece, so some things may not work out like they should.
