Usually, I would agree with something like this, except I really don't think its "plagurized." It may share similar looks but its not really the same at all. Just because it shares similar bevels and colors doesn't mean its copied. I don't think inspiration HAS to be creditied.

Everything that is just simple blocks of colour will be called a 'copy'. Colour cannot alone be seen as a copy.

wow dealing with this again huh ? .. this is like saying no one can ever make a black theme again .. and we all know thats complete bullshit ... so if you feel there can be only one theme of any givin color then go somewhere else .. credits can be givin if an author feels like giving them .. and to add areo was not the first person to use those colors/bevels/gradiends .....
