Creating Windows Media Player Skins?

Hey All,

I have done some looking around on the web and have yet to find anythign concrete that explains how to create a WMP Skin.

There was one at MSDN, but it still didnt make a lot of sense. Are there applications out there that make easy to develop WMP skins? If so please direct me where and if not please direct me to some great resources that show the step by step way of creating the skins.

Also...am I able change the way media player looks when embedded into a web page instead of the traditional look?
