Yea, this is called Le Parkour, its insane a ton of my friends can do it and they are teaching me... so much fun.

God, I'd love to be able to do that.

I defy anyone to watch these clips without feeling the urge to tear off their shirt and hurl themselves head-first through a window.

Some clips from the first video are taken were used by the BBC in one of their advertisements/programmes.

I've always wondered how many times these guys have broken bones, especially around the feet.
