I was voicing my opinion on the Xcal situation and i want to know why the other threads regarding this issue was locked and user commetns deleted. My thread was deleted within 3 minutes.

No, that right there is the real problem. The issue is resolved (or being resolved), and some twit is still giving max grief trying to stir something up. Seeing as how your user account was created four days ago, I'd say you should first familiarize yourself with the site before you start throwing your opinion/crap talking around.
OK guys, like I said the situation is being resolved. Let's please be courteous to the other users of the site who come here for art and to customize thier desktops and end this here.
Well since this is an internet based website with people from different countries, the original creators of customize.org are allowed to make there own rules and regulations... you cannont base it off what would be the "nice" thing to do. The admins have a tough job rating peoples artwork and managing the site as it is. If max followed the rules and regulations that were set down for him then he shouldn't be getting beat up. So I have two questions,
1. What are the rules and regulations for admins? (just for future refrence since this is already being settled).
and
2. Who are the original admins from the beginning of customize?
and yes, im standing up for the admins... not because I want them to like me or anything but because unless you have been an admin for a site that gets many submissions a day and you have to rate them as well as keep site order, and also lead a normal life (work,college,etc...) then you really should not be talking trash to or about the admins.
no, constructive criticism is always nice, im talking about when they talk about how all of your submissions should be removed and you should be banned because of comments you've made.
and ya, sometimes the admins are harsh but i think that most of the time they are pretty good at what they do.
they do more good then bad is what im trying to say.
Issues like this are unwritten rules. I believe max stated earlier (maybe not) that issues like this were based on a verbal agreement the staff made when the ability to ban was implemented for the staff by darksheer. I wouldn't be suprised if this changes in the future.

I deleted all my submissions becasue that is the only thing I have any control over here at custo.
xcal got banned because of comments he made. its reasonable to think I might be also.
Anyway its great to see this being cleared up :) Well done admin/s, your doing the right thing, for the site/community, for yourselves and for xcal.

As soon as xcal post something here or tells me he is unbanned, I will restore all my submissions! (yay, back to normality!)
