StyleBuilder- How to change color of highlighted text?

Hi, I have Silenced 2.0 theme and I wanna change the highlight color of when you highlight text from black to blue.
For example in the normal Windows XP theme when you highlight the text in notepad pad the color is blue, with the Silenced theme its black.
