converting pngs to ico. mult. res.

I have made a lot of icons recently, at 256x256, png.

I have been using aveicon to convert them to .ico, and it works alright, but the resizing tends to leave sone frazzled edges here and there. If I resize in ps then convert, they look better.

Is there a program that will automatically resize in steps and wrap it all into one .ico file? Like give you a single file containing 256x256, 128X128, 64x64, 32x32 and allow you to control the quality of image when resizing? Is having multiple res in an ico file even possible? Or am I stuck re-sizing in an image editor and saving each the 4 res individually as it's own ico file, which is going to be a lot of work for over 100 icons.

axialis, yeah. works like a charm, usually. and there's a ps plugin to make importing even smoother.
