Windows Picture and Fax Viewer alternative?

Windows picture and fax viewer is located in your System32 folder with the name of "shimgvw.dll".

how do u install the skins

Ever since Dios told me where to find the dll, I've been making my own bitmaps to go with the current VS or WB5 skin I am using. :)

Start another thread asking how to install skins. Also, in that new thread describe what skin you're trying to install.
