I killed my Step' adventure a long time ago, one of my biggest issues was hacking icons ... with Litestep it was very difficult. Learn to hack system files ... shell32.dll by memory, look for an app. called Reshacker.exe and Replacer.exe.

Litestep and IconPackager don't play together, because IconPackager only likes Explorer.

As for your popup, you'll want to edit popup.rc, which is in your personal folder (that will usually be found at C:\\Litestep\\personal\\).

Consult the documentation for popup2 or xPopup for the popup syntax.

for the popup, just look at popup.rc in notepad (or whatever program you use to edit text files), and look at the file structure/syntax and you should get a good idea of how to modify it.

Since when did IconPhile modify shell32.dll?

Isn't that what I said?
