ls can run on anything .. and yes dark elite it is a litestep theme .. i know i know .. its crazy that it look exact .. but its true

That's actually been done before, but it looks like you're doing a good job so far.
And ya, Litestep will run on win9x to xp, but themes using true alpha transparencies/fades won't run on win9x.
