Microsoft Money Theme or similar

i been lookng for this type of theme for the last day or so. is their anything that is like this one. atleast point me in the right direction.
i have looked on this site and deviantart but nothing unless i missed it.

Optic, that looks like Vista's Microsoft Money, but I could be mistaken. If it is, you'll have to wait until next year to use it.

It's Microsoft Money 2006, which is not the Vista version.
I've never seen a theme based around MS Money.

If you check out the new Office 2007 programs, you will see the newer style that MS is trying to go for.
