track info issue

i have a problem with my foobar, i've dl'ed foo_uie_trackinfo.dll but the plugin doesn't have a tab on the preferences window, moreover it's not an option when i want to add a panel with columns ui, what is the problem?
i've got a 0.9 version of foobar, is there a new version of track info for foobar 0.9.1?
if someone could upload a foobar version and track info working with it, it would be great.

did you know that you can have multiple track info now? :D

Insert a track info panel through your layout tab in the columns_ui menu, then right click the track info that appears in your foobar to access the prefrences.

Also, check the link that acedriver posted for the latest, valid version.
