Need Help with Windows Visual Style Files

I recently downloaded OSXP Visual style for my computer but when i go to change it under "Appearance" in "Display Properties" its not even listed. The only two options I have are: Windows XP Style and Windows Classic Style. Can anybody help me fix this?
