Font info

i need some help on finding out which font is used in this image:

yes i've tried whatthefont, was no help. didn't find any matches and when posting on their forums i didn't get a reply.

so i guess this is the only other place i know of that can help. (if somewhere better please let me know)

basically my dad had someone build him a site, then he told him to get lost and now wants me to manage it. but when adding new content it looks somewhat weird using a different font, so i need to find out which crappy font was used.
