Quick Launch alternatives

i use RK Dock which is very much like Y'z and Object Dock

I have fallen in love with Launchy.

I know its pretty much a mac rip-off, but it works great and is very non-intrusive. In addition, to really customize what apps it can launch, you can change the directory that it looks in to a single one with shortcuts to apps you want to use, named how you like it.

Plus, you can skin it. =]

i don't like docks, i use samurize and samurize menus to launch my apps.
