Can't edit VS

Hello all,


I am currently having an issue. I am trying to mod a VS in SkinStudio. But every change I make, does not reflect when I save. For example, if I were to change the start button, etc and then save the VS, when I load the VS, the changes didn't save. When I re-open the VS in Skinstudio again, the changes aren't there. Any idea, I really need the help, I'm lost.

p.s. I also tried editing the VS while it was in a folder outside of the windows/resources/themes folder. Then when finished, I copied it to the right folder. I did that just to make sure it wasn't not editing because it was in a system folder.
