I currently have a Powerbook running OS X. It's actually my sister's but I refuse to give it back to her.
I am on my way to getting a MBP. Once they go merom, I am getting it.
I'll have to call to order it sadly. I'm going to see if they can toss in a 512MB ATI, I mean AMD (AMD now owns ATI and is slowly making it AMD graphics) instead of a puny 256MB AMD. :p
But hey, according to ChristianRokr, who has never looked up what a Mac can really do, like run parallels and bootcamp, to run Windows XP so that they can play WoW or any Videogame, or even run windows and Mac OS X side by side (and Vista, hell even Longhorn can be run on a Mac{much better then Vista}) they suck. So I guess he knows more about a Mac then anyone else. ;)

haha. I run 3 machines, my laptop with osx and winxp pro, my desktop with XP pro and SUSE linux, and my file server running Ubuntu Server... My laptop is the slowest in the list, and runs windows, not to mention WoW better than anything I've been on. 'cause it's a Mac. haha
@ Aphaits: After you shell out the cash, you never regret it. When your system uptime is 3 weeks and your machine is still running fresh, $1800 seems like you got a steal. :)
Nah. I got the top of the line black Macbook with 120GB HD and a 3 year extended Apple Care plan. I wouldn't buy a Mac from anyone but an authorized seller anyways.

Used Mac's have problems up the ass when it comes to little details that make a BIG difference. Like the casing or the keyboard just a little fucked up. Or the lid of a portable Mac not sitting right and warping the LCD. Seen it and it's just not worth it.
By the way, not sure if you guys keep an eye out for this but Apple announced a iPod nano that is scratch resistant and has more storage. Also, they announced a 23" iMac with the addition of Conroe (Core2). _____________ #nuance's mom.
