Hey just a question about icq plus there have been a couple of skins i have tried to use and when i try to change to the skin i want it says "skin file version 3.1 not supported" and goes to the default skin. i do have icq 2000a only so im thinking that might be the problem but i was just wondering if anyof you guys could tell me for sure. cuz i just downloaded ruinedinc's new razorart winamp and icq skins and he icq skin gave me the above message. that is why i am curious about how to use it cuz i want it !!! :)
