i basically want to do this wp, i put it into photoshop, clicked image->image size, put 1600 as the width and 1200 as the height in pixels, i saved it, and i set it as background, became blurry
ne way to make the quality better?

it's 100x100 pixels, of course it will get blurry if you resize it to 1600x1200...

solution: learn to use the pen tool, retrace it and then you can resize it without losing quality

First you get the pen tool...then you get the cars...then you get the WOMEN

then you contract VD and you start off again at step one. repeat as needed
