Oops... ok we'll fix that, looks like a lightbox issue. Some of the ads are a bit in your face i know, we'll try to blacklist the really annoying ones. Keep in mind tho that this is how we're gonna pay for evo! ;)
We've turned off "excessive animation" and ads with sounds. Takes about an hour to go through. It will take a bit for us to get the ads all straighted out so please bear with us :)
I know a site like this needs to be payed for somehow and I allways kinda wondered how, untill now!
personally I wouldn't even mind payin a few bucks to support this site and have an addfree evo! ...but I kinda fear those adds will screw the evo experience that I thought of real good for me!
Thanks for letting us know how you feel. I think once those really annoying ads are gone they will blend in like on any other site.
Steve and I have talked about the subscription idea again and its definitely something we are considering. The main reason to subscribe would be to support Custo and have no ads. Maybe also subscribers would get new features first. Something to think about :)

Yeah we'll definitely be able to get more relevant ads when the new site is more established... we we're stuck with the old ad formats before so we've lost some traction with the agencies... all in good time tho :)

I'm not sure how far the idea is going to go or if mark and steve are just throwing it out there.. but yeah I would help out. For those under 18, parents come in handy, thats how they get alot of the stuff they want anyway from mom and dad.
It's really a worthy cause, at least to me anyway.
