Right clik on the picture frame skin, select "skin menu", choose "edit skin". Then change the path to the image folder with yours. Be carefull to put a " \ " at the end, ex :
[Variables] ImagePath=D:\My pictures\
Save the ini file, and refresh ( right click, "refresh all" )
