Great, I like these new rules. Lets make this the best one yet :)
I do suggest that we use the Groups feature rather than the tag to keep track of submissions. VisionLeague is using it here http://customize.org/groups/vision . It needs some cleaning up (the "more" link is broken) but with some development it will be a lot more powerful than the tags as it can keep all submissions and discussion in one place (and in other cases, be invite only).
the deadline will be april 21st. All the participants must upload their screenshots by that day. it's almost a month, so the SS will have a lot of time to be prepared and we will have great shots for that time.

BTW what do you think about of a tournament style for this contest? you know A vs B C vs D --> winner AvsB Vs winner CvsD
just for groupthink not that it will be for this spring-summer contest, but maybe for the autumn-winter one
I say we make the submission starting date like the 19th. That way, if everyone subs at relatively the same time, there will not be substantial differences in "love" due to the amount of time a ss has been up between those two days. Then the judges can tally the scores at a firm time on the 21st. Just to make this as fair as possible, any submission entered before April 19th or after April 21st, will not be considered an entry.
