Everyone from my department brought in food last week for "Administrative Professionals Week" or whatever you want to call it. I made Baked Spaghetti.
1 box rigid spaghetti 1 green bell pepper (chopped) 2 small onions (chopped) 5 cloves crushed garlic home made sauce (1 can crushed tomatos/1 can tomato sauce) 1lb ground beef 3 italian hot sausage links (sliced then cut into quarters) pepperoni (sliced then cut into quarters) 2 bags of italian cheese (blend in mix and cover top)
I make lotsa stuff. I like Risotto atm, lotsa: onion, butter, meat (chicken or pig is best, while I tried topside steak the other day and it wasnt too bad) rice veges (fresher and less frozen the better) herbs (just lots, only fresh. that box crap is worse than no herbs at all!) stir in cheese at very end.
Yum yum!
I also love pancakes. My sister made banana pancakes (use only mashed old brown banana's in the batter) with fried bacon and maple syrup! Oh oh oh!!! my oh my!!! sooooo goood!!!

You need: Roti/chappati/flat bread (there all the same) One green pepper poppadum.
Method: 1.Crush all the poppadum into small bits in a bowl 2.Get the chappati and put tomato ketchup and a bit of chilli sauce on it 3.With the crushed poppadom, just dash it onto the chappati 4.Add another top layer of sauce (if you want) 5.Add Long Turkish peppers and Jalapeno peppers. 6.Wrap it up 7.Enjoy (Thre best bit :)
