bbLean isn't doing anything...

The readme says to just open up blackbox.exe, then to right-click the desktop to bring up the main menu. So, when I opened it, the taskbar disappeared (an expected thing), but the cursor turned into a hourglass, and I couldn't right-click. So... what do I do to get it running?

You should just be able to run it from the get go. Did you try installing it? And by that I mean setting it as your default shell.

Really you should be able to run it on top of Explorer, and I never knew some one to have this problem. But maybe that would fix your problem.
