Telefon Tel Aviv= glitchy and relaxin, Matthew Herbert= finest electro-jazzy, sometimes reminds me of Röyksopp. Amon Tobin, Massive Attack, Prodigy's Fat of the Land album, Lamb, Plastik Man's Hypnotic minimal tech. for more /experimental and avant-garde: Autechre, µ-ziq, Richard Devine, Bola and of course sir Aphex Twin
I suggest: William Orbit, UNKLE, Sneaker Pimps, Chemical Brothers, Prodigy, Groove Armada, Crystal Method, Zero 7, Moloko, The Knife, Basement Jaxx, Coldcut, Dragonette, Massive Attack, The New Pornographers and check some Ministry Of Sound or Hed Kandi compilations, there is some really good ones out there.
If you are in for deep minimal techno, I would check out trentemoller. I found out about him recently and I can't stop listening to him. For a good sample, try
digitalism, justice, simian mobile disco, apparat, armand van helden, astrix, the faint, b.fleischmann, basement jaxx, beck, boards of canada, zero 7, chicks on speed, new young pony club, cut copy, death in vegas, fischerspooner, fujiya & miyagi, hot chip, goto80, junior boys, the knife, le tigre, moby, mstrkrft, pluxus, the presets, puss, RATATAT!!!! (sorry ^_^) ermm... rjd2, shitdisco, sneaker pimps, stereolab, thermostatic, tycho, van she.... I might have gone out of the type "electronica" but for the most part it has to do with the electronic taste.
Just bought "Daft Punk - Musique Vol 1 1993-2005", its a compilation of greatest hits and also comes with a dvd that has all thier videos and 1 live show. I think I paid $20 for it, and it was oh so worth it.
