How Do I Install These Icons?

i have iconpackager but i dont know how to install from there. also i get an error when trying to extract icons.rar - it doesnt extract 288 files for some reaon :S

I don't believe that's an Icon Package. If you want to use those with IconPackager then you would need to compile your own package. It isn't hard to do as it's mostly drag and drop.

You can also use Wintweaker, CandyXP, IconX, and IconPhile. Though the latter two aren't as readily available.

You have to ask around for IconPhile. :(
