That is very easy to do, check out WinT's website, but it isn't stable for everyone, for me it has always messed up my Explorer really bad, even if i only did what you just said. You can however safely remove the file option with the Group Policy Editor.
That's just something I pulled up from Google in a quick search. I knew there was something on WinT's about it. There may be other easier or safer ways.
