Calling on the experts out there to help a newbie with the program. Any cool plug ins, or tips that anyone can offer would be of great value to me. I also want to say what great work I have seen on this site. I am hoping to add to it as soon as I learn how to work this program.

Hi i m new user here. This site is interesting. Well this is my first msg to all the MASTERS here. It might sound stupid but then i guess you guys would understand.
What is the best, easy and fast way to get master of Photoshop. I am not new to Photoshop but after looking at your work, I just feel that I haven't even start Photoshop or rather designing yet. Pls tell me how to get all the beautiful effects. How to improve PS in better way.
mess around a lot.....A LOT. Experiment w\ layers and blending them, blurring, ect......pull every menu down and try each option and try to figure out what it does. Avoid filter fests. I'm no master by any means, but that's what I do. google on "photoshop tutorials" as well......
