It doesn't show how any dirty thing can be put into a cartoon, it shows cartoon characters based on male and female genitals which are obscured in the end result. Most artists work from circles and squares when they draw a person, but you don't see it in the end. This movie is about as flaccid as the penises on which the characters are based.
