Can help me please.... have problem in Icons

I downloaded a XP theme but the icon's did'nt change.... What will I do.... I want the Icons like Vista themes..... please help me....

in which format you want that icons?

If you want to change icons, then usually you will need to do it separate from just applying a visual style.
For instance, there are packs of icons available for download to use with something like IconPackager.

If you have an icon set you are looking at, you should post the link to see what kind they are.

i got the nearly same problem. i downloaded this package http://customize.org/icons/51657 but i dont know where should i put it and i dont want to install any software for this. help me?
