I've been looking to buy a watch for a while now, something minimalist, but still normal. I quite like this* and this, for example.
I was wondering what kind of watches custo-ers wear, figuring you could recommend some more simple finds... or is custo just a bunch that use their phones?
*: not really, if you look closely, it doesn't have an hour hand.
well, recommendations is so individual, but i really dig some of Panerais watches. pretty minimalistic, like the shape & size and timeless. a classy gentleman watch :)
In the end someone buys me the storm watch. I have trouble telling the time. People say it's "really me" - what does that mean? I wanted to return it, but didn't bring it back in its box, so I'd only get an exchange. It's the nicest storm watch, so I'll stick with it until it breaks (probably a month).
Thanks for all the suggestions, it's nice to see everyone's taste. The winner is antimatter, but Nixon are pretty cool, too. I'll look for a Kohl's next time I'm in the US.
