what would happen if you went to the past then came back, but you went into the future and your child was there to send you back, and they are like 80 now, but you told them when they were growing up to be at this certain place at this certain time in order to send you back. what would happen if as soon as you got back you got a vasectomy ?
not sure, since i'm also not sure (in light of a multiverse) if you can change another universe which stemmed from your action. you might create another universe, but i think it's doubtful your son would dissappear from existence.

There was an example somewhere, i cant remember the exact details, but there were 2 aeroplanes with those atomic clocks (really, really accurate) on them set to the exact same time.
Both aeroplanes flew a certain route, but one flew a lot faster than the other.
When the planes landed they compared the clocks and the one that went fast had slowed down, showing that if you go fast enough you can slow down time.
