I have tried to download and get this skin to work, it seems the ini files are missing. Does any one have them and send them to me or help me get them? Thanks...

i have downloaded twilightrose.zip , glaossylarge.zip and together_again_RL.zip skins but none of them are working..i ahve tried by changing there formats extracting to new folder and all tricks which ever i know..plzz help me out how to use it do tell in steps and clearly so that one can understand it easily..plzz
