we tried figuring this out at GSM not too long ago if my memory serves me...obviously it'd be achievable on the caption bar, but probably not on the address bar, since it doesn't allow for tilable/realsize graphics...

I'd say this is an idea probably left to the *nix world right now. As nitz states above - it's hard to get right in windows (though it might work in windowblind etc.)
