Awesome but the start menu on the VS isn't the same as the one shown :(

You need to set the start menu to classic and your Windows standard icon size to 24 :D

Ha but how you change the Windows standard icon size?

Right-click on your desktop > properties > click on the appearance tab > click on "advanced" > in the first drop down box which says "item", select icon, then change the size with the box next to it.

Or, you could use style which is a lot easier :P

Did you replace your explorer.exe with the reshacked one i provided ;)
