Hello there all customizers. I am a fresh member to this site, and I am very fond of the themes that are added to this site for download. Looking for something unique, and I am pretty sure I can find a sweet combination here.

However, I am having some problems when it comes to add what I have downloaded to my computer. The biggest problems are Icons and Cursors. I have looked around the topics and searched for answers, but I can't seem to find what I look for.

I am using myself of StyleXP when it comes to add various themes and downloads. I have this strong feeling, after several tries, that it's not StyleXP im supposed to use. Especially Icons and Cursors seem to fail all the time, by the reason of that they either miss an "icon set file", or "cursor set file."

I am going to read in more about editing my own themes and submit them. As for now I am looking for something that could make my computer overall more stylish.

Additional EDIT: How do I add Foobar2000 skins? I find it funny that there are no guidelines in the official description of "How To Use Foobar2000 Skins".

I appreciate any kind of help, thank you.

Cursors, provided that they aren't CursorXP files (in which case you'd need that program to use them) should be placed in you C:/Windows/Cursors folder. Once you have them in their own folder in that location, go the control panel/mouse menu. In the second tab (pointers) you should be able to change the look of all of the cursor states, and save your changes as their own them.

For icons, you'll need an icon-changing program like IconPackager, iconphile, or another similar app. Google should be able to locate a few more.

Also, go here for most any Foobar questions:
