Style Builder Error

It has nothing to do with SP3, I've used it without any problems and I even have one of the older versions. The only time I remember StyleBuilder crashing is with certain settings in certain themes, when this happens I edit those settings by hand in the theme's xml files. Maybe it will help to reinstall the application?

check all img's file name,make sure no illegal character,also all the value in the xml file

The reinstall didn't work. The illegal characters was it!! I had an & sign in some of the fields. Thank you so much "Then"

OK now I'm having another problem with stylebuilder. I've been working on a new theme for over a week and suddenly it wont work anymore! I get this error "An Error occurred while applying this style. This error could occur if there are problems with the style or if this version of Windows is not supported." Then it defaults to the Blue Luna. I've tried zipping it and installing it in my theme folder, but when I try to bring it up under the drop down box (In the display properties Themes tab), I get another error from Windows. "Run a DLL as an APP has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Then the regular "Send Error Report" and "Don't Send" buttons. It was working fine until a few moments ago, after I redesigned the start button, taskbar etc. I kept all the default image names. HELP!

Oh and I am able to successfully apply other themes via Windows Theme manager (or whatever its called) and my dark red theme via stylebuilder. So it seems as if it is something I did to this theme. Also, for the last week, style builder has been defaulting the themes to come up in Windows Classic Style when I test them. Is there a reason for this? Is it a setting somewhere? It just did it again to my dark red theme, but when I was creating it originally, it defaulted to the luna type style.
