help making a desktop toolbar like explorer

hi guys im trying to make a desktop toolbar like the one explorer has just next to the tray which lets you explore all folders very fast and access them, but i have no clue on how to make that on ls, i tried using a bang popup but it wont work m using Seo ls theme by Poma modded by me im trying to add this desktop toolbar feature inside the start menu SEO has, so far i just got to clone one of the entries it has like for example the internet one, but it wont work with the bang popup. id appreciate your help this is looking good so far i finished 70% of the gui.
