Icons not loading

For GAIA 2008 icons, when I use the iconpackager theme, only a few of the folder icons are being changed (my documents, my music, and a few more). Most folders and other icons such as drives aren't being changes, as well as the folder icons on the sidebar.

What version of windows you on, because there is a VISTA iconpackage and an XP iconpackage included in the zip.

Make sure you're using the right ones.

K. I've found out that the issue is with using LiteStep. When I'm not using litestep, the icons are working fine, but no with litestep on. Anyone know how to make iconpackager fully work with litestep?
