Litestep Help

I recently installed litestep (well not recently, actaully right now), and when I clicked on the theme.rc file, it didn't work, i got an error that said "access denied" or something like that
now since litestep updated their program to OTS2, do i have to start using OTS2? because i will have to say "farewell minimal litestep themes"?

Oh and one more thing, When i right click on theme.rc and click property's, it opens with "Litestep alternate shell for Microsoft Windows Operating System" , is this the reason why it's giving me this error?

but when i closed it, nothing happend
