Rainmeter Skin Problems

I am trying to get HUD.vision, but whenever I try to download one of two things happens:

Run: It goes through and finishes but doesn't show up anywhere

Save: gives me an error saying it cannot read the source file

I'm kinda new at this, so if you could explain it in basic terms I would appreciate it.

Try googling to see if you can just download the files in a zip from somewhere else.

Try deleting the cache/private stored data from your web browser.

In firefox you can do this by going to Tools --> Clear Private Data
In Internet Explorer, you can do this by going to Tools --> Delete Browsing History --> Delete All...
