It may or may not work with your system.
If you have Vista, those themes will only work if you use Skinstudio and import to them to Windowblinds (www.stardock.com)
Otherwise, if you have Windows XP, you have to patch uxtheme.dll. Look on Neowin or just google "Uxtheme patcher."
Install the visualstyles into %windows%\resources\themes.
Goto Display Properties and select them in there.
