media monks

yeah, ill admit its nice but damn its annoying when you go to look at the new uploads and thats all there is...

i dont care if its a suite or not... there is no point in everyone submitting a screen shot just because they want a high score... we already know what it looks like...

the point is to customize the whole OS as completetly as possible so if they released it a skin a day or whatever you'd have to wait weeks to do your whole OS........it might be annoying to have the board dominated a day or two but it's worth it. And I wasn't asking for screenies (although I'm sure there'll be plenty) I was just stating it's a really great job , more or less.

yea but its good that people submit there ss of media monks atleast u can get ideas too change it, if u see something they did that you liked.........

and not to start a arguement, but correct me im wrong? fedrlpunk u are complaining about ScreenShots? when most of your submissions are screenshots too.....or are u complaining about the media monk ss's?

im complaining about all the media monk screen shots... there are three that are almost... not completely, but almost identical... that is just rediculous...

dude its just like a trend now, everyone likes it and its really cool, i bet its gonna die down..so theres no point in stressing over it

im not stressing... but some are just annoying the way they just go jump on the bandwagon...

i could really care less what people are running on their desktops. they like the media monk skins, let 'em run media monk skins. not like you have to look at them....

Tx has a great point. You don't have to look at them. It's what people like and it's what they are modeling. Who cares how who uploads it, how many times it is upload, etc? They are phat-lookin' desktops. =)

No windowblinds yet..still waiting for someone to offer to port it to wblinds, but i have had one person make the winamp skin blue and upload it without permission. I guess I should be flattered...but I'm not.

Fortyeight I have the sole permission on the Monks skins but if would like to see a xp style I would gladly look at anything someone did and try to get permission from the monks to release it. Same for windowblinds. Thanks for your interest.
