I downloaded a coouple of the themes, now how do I get them to load?

If you don't understand it, why do you rush right in, download a theme and then come posting vaguely for help?
Google is your friend, this information is available if you actually spent 5 seconds thinking for yourself.
Download uxtheme patcher for xp (google it yourself). Reboot. Double click on the .msstyles file and the theme will apply itself.
