Litestep without any extra ressource consomation

Hello, i explain, i do a fresh install of xp and i want to come back on litestep but in the past i have some problem with longer boot time or something like freeze (for example i launch an app and the system wait without do something)

So i want to know if i do something bad or its just the core which was unstable yet.
Did you have these problem too ?
Is the new losi installer is better now and i could have less probleme?
